State’s First Green Hydrogen Plant

  • On 17 August 2025, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated the state’s first and the country’s second Green Hydrogen Plant in Khanimpur village of Gorakhpur district.
  • It will have an annual production capacity of 72000 tonnes.
  • The plant has been established by Torrent Gas and Torrent Power.
