About SWAMIH Investment Fund
- The Special Window for Affordable and Mid-Income Housing (SWAMIH) Investment Fund I is a social impact fund specifically formed for completing stressed and stalled residential projects.
- The fund was set up as a Category-2 Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), registered under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as per SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012.
- The Fund is sponsored by the Ministry of Finance and is managed by SBICAP ....
