NITI Aayog Launches ‘Sampoornata Abhiyan’ Campaign
On 4th July, 2024, NITI Aayog announced the launch of the ‘Sampoornata Abhiyan,’ a three-month campaign aimed at achieving saturation of six key indicators in 112 Aspirational Districts and 500 Aspirational Blocks across the country.
Indicators for Aspirational Blocks
- Antennatal Care: Percentage of pregnant women registered for ANC within the first trimester.
- Diabetes Screening: Percentage of individuals screened for diabetes against the targeted population.
- Hypertension Screening: Percentage of individuals screened for hypertension against the targeted population.
- Supplementary Nutrition: Percentage of pregnant women receiving regular supplementary nutrition under the ICDS Programme.
- Soil Health Cards: Percentage of Soil Health Cards generated against the soil sample collection ....
