PM Family Care Tracker Pilot Project Launched
On 28th June 2026, Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Amit Shah inaugurated the 'PM Family Care Tracker' pilot project in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
- The PM Family Care Tracker is an integrated digital platform that tracks health, nutrition, and education from pregnancy until 18 years of age.
- It uses a unique ID linked to the Birth Registration Number or ABHA ID to create a continuous beneficiary record.
- The platform integrates data from multiple government databases and generates risk alerts for vaccination, malnutrition, school enrolment, and dropout monitoring.
- Based on TB incidence, Gujarat ranked 6th among all states ....
