The India AI Impact Summit 2026, held from 16–21 February 2026, marked a significant milestone in the global artificial intelligence landscape

  • Hosted by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is the first global AI summit hosted in the Global South.
  • It focuses on inclusive, responsible AI and global cooperation.

  • Planet: AI should support environmental sustainability and reduce resource use.
