State’s First Green Hydrogen Plant
- On 17 August 2025, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated the state’s first and the country’s second Green Hydrogen Plant in Khanimpur village of Gorakhpur district.
- It will have an annual production capacity of 72000 tonnes.
- The plant has been established by Torrent Gas and Torrent Power.
- At the Gorakhpur plant, green hydrogen will be blended with CNG and PNG for domestic and industrial use, marking a major step in clean fuel ....
