India and Belgium Launch Strategic Dialogue

On 15th July 2026, India and Belgium launched the first India-Belgium Strategic Dialogue to strengthen cooperation across strategic, economic and people-to-people sectors.

  • Both sides agreed to deepen cooperation in trade, investment, green energy, innovation, technology, defence, security and connectivity.
  • India highlighted Belgium’s strategic importance in strengthening both bilateral ties and the broader India-EU partnership.
