Climate Smart Cities Assessment Framework 2.0
- Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs has launched the Climate Smart Cities Assessment Framework 2.0 (CSCAF 2.0), along with the ‘Streets for People Challenge’ to give a push to the Smart Cities Mission.
- It intends to inculcate Climate-Sensitive Approach to Urban Planning and Development.
Key Features of CSAF 2.0
- The objective of CSCAF 2.0 is to provide a clear roadmap for cities towards combating Climate Change while planning and implementing their actions, including investments.
