International Telecommunications Union Council

  • India has been elected as a Member of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) Council for another 4-year term (2019-2022) on 6th November 2018.
  • The International Telecommunication Union, originally the International Telegraph Union, is a specialized agency of the UN that is responsible for issues that concern information and communication technologies.
