Rajasthan’s Khichan and Menar Wetlands Declared Ramsar Sites
On 4th June 2025, Khichan in Phalodi and Menar in Udaipur were declared Wetlands of International Importance under the Ramsar Convention, taking India’s total Ramsar sites to 91.
