National Urban Housing Fund The Union Cabinet has approved the creation of a National Urban Housing Fund (NUHF) worth Rs 60,000 crore.

The NUHF aims to raise funds in the next four years to ensure a sustained flow of central release under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY)-Urban, enabling construction of houses. PMAY- Urban: It is a housing scheme being implemented from 2015 to 2022.
