The India AI Impact Summit 2026 was held from 18 to 19 February 2026 in New Delhi, India.

  • Aim: To promote responsible AI adoption with focus on People and Planet, making AI a driver of human progress and sustainability.

Key Outcomes

  • Adoption of New Delhi Declaration on AI Impact based on seven “Chakras” including trustworthiness, energy efficiency, and democratization of AI.
  • The Declaration has been endorsed by 92 countries and international organisations.
  • Expansion of India’s sovereign AI compute capacity with an additional 20,000 GPUs.
