The SEMICON India 2025 was held from 2-4 September 2025 in New Delhi, India.

  • Aim: To position India as a global hub for semiconductor design, manufacturing, and innovation.

Organised by: India Semiconductor Mission and the SEMI (a global semiconductor industry association).

  • Signing of 13 MoUs to boost indigenous semiconductor capabilities.
  • Focus on building a complete semiconductor ecosystem (design, manufacturing, packaging, R&D).

  • Participation of 350+ companies from 48 countries.
  • 35,000 registrations and ~30,000 footfalls.
  • Country pavilions, roundtables, and workforce development initiatives.
  • High-level CEO roundtable and policy discussions on semiconductor ecosystem.
