Connecting the Dots: Plastic Pollution and the Planetary Emergency
Recently, Environmental Investigation Agency (EIA) - an international NGO - has released a report, titled “Connecting the Dots: Plastic Pollution and the Planetary Emergency”.
- The report pulls together recent scientific data on the impact of plastics on climate, biodiversity, human health and the environment.
- It was released ahead of the second part of United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA 5.2) scheduled to be held in Nairobi, Kenya. The meeting is expected to redefine and decide every nation’s relationship with plastic.
