India Officially Joins SKA Project
In January 2024, India solidified its commitment to advancing scientific frontiers by formally joining the Square Kilometer Array (SKA) project, the world's largest radio telescope initiative.
- India, after years of contribution to the SKA project, achieved full membership status by allocating Rs 1,250 crore, unlocking extensive scientific prospects.
