Tele-Law 2.0
On 25th August, the Department of Justice, Ministry of Law & Justice, launched the Tele-Law 2.0 initiative under the DISHA Scheme.
- The latest version merges Tele-Law Services with Nyaya Bandhu pro bono legal services, enhancing citizen accessibility to legal aid.
- Tele-Law was launched in 2017 under the DISHA Scheme by the Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice.
- Tele-Law connects marginalized people with Panel Lawyers via video conferencing/telephonic facilities at Common Service Centres (CSCs) or through the Tele-Law Mobile App.
- Legal advice is available to everyone, with free services for those eligible under Section 12 of the LSA Act, 1987. Matters ....
