22nd Divya Kala Mela

From 12-22 December 2024, the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities organised the 22nd Divya Kala Mela at India Gate, celebrating the talent and entrepreneurial spirit of Divyangjan.

  • The 11-day event, organized by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.
