PM-YUVA 3.0: Mentoring Young Authors
On 11th March 2025, the Ministry of Education launched PM-YUVA 3.0 - Prime Minister’s Scheme for Mentoring Young Authors, an initiative aimed at promoting reading, writing, and book culture in the country.
Objectives
- To mentor young and budding authors (below 30 years of age) and nurture their writing skills.
- To promote Indian heritage, culture, and knowledge systems through literary works.
- To encourage young writers to showcase India's rich cultural and historical contributions globally.

- Contribution of Indian Diaspora in Nation Building.
- Indian Knowledge System.
- Makers of Modern India (1950-2025).
