Women Entrepreneurs in India
The Reserve Bank of India’s Innovation Hub (RBIH) in May 2024 released a white paper, ‘At the Helm: Women Entrepreneurs Transforming Middle India’, highlighting the challenges and opportunities for women entrepreneurs in Tier II and III cities.

- Their increased participation could create 150–170 million jobs (NITI Aayog) and boost GDP growth by 1.5 percentage points (World Bank).
