UNESCO Ethics on Neurotechnology
UNESCO adopted the world’s first global normative framework on the ethics of neurotechnology in November 2025 (with official adoption cited on Nov 5, 2025, entering into force Nov 12, 2025). This is why the topic became important recently in current affairs.
