Defence Industrial Corridors
Defence Industrial Corridors (DICs) in India are strategic zones aimed at boosting indigenous defence manufacturing, reducing import dependence, and attracting private and foreign investment. Currently developed in Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu, they align with the “Aatmanirbhar Bharat” vision and promote synergy between industry, academia, and defence R&D.
