In May 2024, the AI Seoul Summit held in Seoul, South Korea, reached a consensus on taking concrete steps toward international AI governance and safety.

Security Commitment of 16 Major AI Companies: 16 leading AI companies, including OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, Anthropic, IBM, Mistral, Cohere, Samsung, Naver, Zhipu.ai (China), and G42 (UAE), voluntarily signed an AI security agreement.
