BRIC Holds First Research Advisory Board Meeting
Recently, the first meeting of the Research Advisory Board (RAB) of the Biotechnology Research and Innovation Council (BRIC) was held to deliberate on national biotechnology initiatives and governance reforms.
- The meeting focused on transforming BRIC into a cohesive, decentralised national biotechnology laboratory through strategic reforms.
- The RAB is responsible for guiding, reviewing, and monitoring research activities across BRIC Institutes (iBRIC).
- It also plays a key role in shaping new missions and targeted programmes for the biotechnology sector.
