Tourist Circuit of Heritage Sites
In its 2023-24 Budget, the Karnataka government has proposed to start a Tourist Circuit of Heritage Sites of the state.
- It provided grant for the comprehensive development of the complexes of Sannati Chandralamba Temple and Ganagapura Dattatreya Temple in Kalaburagi and Madhukeshwara Temple of Banavasi.
Chandrala Parameshwari Temple
- The Temple is located in Sannati on the banks of the Bhima River in Chitapur taluk of Gulbarga District of Northern Karnataka.
- It is famous for the Chandrala Parameshwari Temple and the excavations by the Archaeological Survey of India in the 1986.
