- GDP: According to the latest ‘Economic Trend Report’ by World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC), India has been ranked sixth in terms of travel and tourism contribution towards GDP. India contributed 178 billion dollars in 2021. Culture had a profound contribution in this.
