Dhanu Yatra
The ‘Dhanu Yatra’ was celebrated in Bargarh district, Odisha, from 24th December 2025 to 3rd January 2026.
- It is the largest open-air theatre in the world.
- It is an annual cultural spectacle that brings mythology, tradition and performance together in a unique celebration.
- During Dhanu Yatra, the town of Bargarh is reimagined as the ancient city of Mathura.
- Streets, courtyards, and public spaces are converted into performance zones, including the Rangamahal and the court of Nanda Raja.
