Gram Nyayalayas
- Supreme Court has directed all the states to come out with notifications for establishing ‘Gram Nyayalayas’ and has asked the High Courts to expedite the process of consultation with state governments on this issue.
About Gram Nyayalayas
- These are mobile village courts established for speedy and easy access to justice system in the rural areas of India. They are established under Gram Nayalayas Act, 2008.
