Electricity (Amendment) Rules, 2024
Recently, the Union Ministry of Power issued Electricity (amendment) Rules, 2024, under the authority of Section 176 of the Electricity Act, 2003, to further amend the Electricity Rules, 2005.
- The 2024 rules aim at reducing the hassles of electricity supply for large corporate and green energy sectors.
