Gyan Bharatam Portal
On 12th September 2025, the Centre launched the Gyan Bharatam Portal - a dedicated digital platform to accelerate manuscript digitisation, preservation, and public access.
- The portal was launched during the International Conference on Gyan Bharatam, themed “Reclaiming India’s Knowledge Legacy through Manuscript Heritage.”
- It supports the Gyan Bharatam Mission, which seeks to become the voice of India’s culture, literature, and knowledge legacy.
- It aims to become an important educational resource for scholars and the general public interested in India’s cultural and intellectual history.
