Fast Track Courts: Strengthening the Integrity of Public Examinations

The recent spate of question paper leaks in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) or NEET (UG) has raised serious concerns over the credibility, transparency, and integrity of India’s examination system.

  • Recognising the need for swift justice, the Prime Minister has announced the establishment of special Fast Track Courts (FTCs) for public examination paper leak cases to ensure speedy trials and stringent punishment.
