Cheraw Dance

Cheraw dance of Mizoram and Garo dance of Meghalaya was performed at the International Dance Day celebrations in London on April 27, 2019.

  • Cheraw dance is one of the folk dances of north eastern state of Mizoram.
  • Similar dance forms found in East Asia like in Philippines are known as Tinikling.
