IndiaAI Mission Scales Up Indigenous AI Capacity
Recently, India’s national AI infrastructure has reached a major milestone with 34,333 GPUs now available for public and private use, bolstering compute access for indigenous model training and inference.
- Three more startups — Soket AI, Gnani AI, and Gan AI — have been selected under the IndiaAI Foundation Model initiative to build large-scale indigenous AI models, alongside Sarvam AI.
- Soket AI will develop a 120B parameter multilingual model for sectors like defense, healthcare, and education; Gnani AI a 14B parameter real-time Voice AI; and Gan AI a 70B parameter superhuman TTS ....
