  • On 12th October 2025, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma launched the “CM-FLIGHT” scheme in Guwahati.
  • Full Form: Chief Minister’s Foreign Language Initiative for Global Human Talent.
  • Under the scheme, youth will be taught the Japanese language to facilitate employment in Japan.
