Land Degradation Threatens Earth's Future: UN Report
A new United Nations report published on 30th November 2024 revealed alarming findings on land degradation, showing that a million square kilometers of land are being degraded every year.
- The report, "Stepping back from the precipice: Transforming land management to stay within planetary boundaries," emphasizes the critical need for transformative land management to safeguard the planet's capacity to sustain life for future generations.
