India Submits 7th National Report to Convention on Biological Diversity

India has recently submitted its 7th National Report (NR7) to the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), presenting a national assessment of progress towards global biodiversity targets for 2030.

  • It is the first comprehensive evaluation after the adoption of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (KMGBF) in 2022.
