MoSPI Releases SDG Bulletins on “Planet” and “Prosperity”

On 18th March 2026, the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI) released two SDG thematic bulletins in Patna, Bihar.

  • The reports focus on environmental sustainability (“Planet”) and economic growth (“Prosperity”).
  • These thematic SDG Bulletins are:
  • (i) Planet in Focus: Advancing Environmental Sustainability under the SDGs; and
  • (ii) Delivering Prosperity at Scale: India’s Economic Transformation through the SDGs

What are SDG Bulletin Reports?

  • Thematic, data-driven reports on India’s SDG progress.
  • Aligned with 5 pillars of Agenda 2030 - People, Planet, Prosperity, Peace, Partnerships.
  • Based on National Indicator Framework (NIF) Progress Report 2025.
  • Provide concise insights on indicators, policies and achievements.
