The Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Bill, 2025

The Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Bill, 2025 was introduced in Lok Sabha on August 18, 2025.

  • It seeks to amend 17 central Acts to mainly decriminalise or rationalise certain offences and penalties.
