E-Samudra: Towards Digital Maritime Governance

On 8th August 2026, the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways has launched E-Samudra, an integrated digital platform aimed at modernising India’s maritime governance and creating a single-window digital ecosystem for seafarers, shipping companies, ports and other stakeholders.
