CG Semi OSAT Facility in Gujarat
On 4th July 2026, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the CG Semi Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) facility in Sanand, Gujarat, marking a significant milestone in India's semiconductor manufacturing journey.
- The facility is India's third major semiconductor packaging unit to commence commercial chip packaging under the Semicon India Programme.
