India and Israel Sign Bilateral Investment Agreement
On 8th September 2025, India and Israel signed a bilateral investment agreement in New Delhi.
- The agreement is expected to enhance bilateral investments, provide greater certainty and protection for investors, and facilitate growth in trade and mutual investments.
- It ensures an independent dispute resolution mechanism through arbitration, safeguarding investments against expropriation and ensuring compensation for losses.
- Provisions include transparency in operations and smooth transfers related to investments.
