Jaipur Walled City

  • UNESCO has expressed concern over the state government’s laxity in preserving the World Heritage status of Jaipur Walled City and has advised submission of a status report by 1st December 2026.
  • Failure to submit the report within the stipulated time may lead to the site losing its World Heritage status.
