- Recently, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath approved the establishment of Uttar Pradesh’s first Forest University.
- The university will be set up in Gorakhpur.
- Spread over 125 acres, it will focus on advanced studies in forestry, wildlife, and environmental sciences.
- The estimated cost of the project is Rs.500 crore.
