Brazil Pledges USD 1 Billion to Tropical Forests Forever Facility
At the latest United Nations session in New York, Brazil’s President pledged USD 1 billion to the Tropical Forests Forever Facility (TFFF), making Brazil the first country to contribute to the global fund aimed at conserving forests worldwide. The announcement comes ahead of COP30, which Brazil is hosting this year.
What is the Tropical Forests Forever Facility (TFFF)?
