खण्ड-अ (Section–A)
- विदेशी नीति के एक कारक के रूप में राष्ट्रीय हित की विवेचना कीजिए तथा इसके निर्धारकों की समीक्षा कीजिए। Discuss 'National Interest' as a factor of foreign policy and review its determinants.
- तनाव शैथिल्य के आविर्भाव के उत्तरदायी कारणों की विवेचना कीजिए। किस रूप में इसने अन्तरराष्ट्रीय राजनीति को प्रभावित किया? Discuss the factor accountable for the emergence of 'Detente'. In what way influenced International Politics?
- “शांति के लिए एकता प्रस्ताव युद्ध के लिए विभाजन था।” इस कथन के संदर्भ में संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ की सामान्य सभा के कार्यों, क्षेत्राधिकार एवं स्थिति का मूल्यांकन कीजिए। "The Uniting for Peace Resolution was dividing for war". Evaluate the functions, jurisdiction and position of the General Assembly of the United Nations in the context of this statement.
- उन परिस्थितियों का उल्लेख कीजिए जिनके कारण आसियान (ASEAN) का निर्माण हुआ। अन्तरराष्ट्रीय संबंधों में इसकी भूमिका का मूल्यांकन कीजिए। Explain the circumstances which led to the formation of the 'ASEAN'. Evaluate its role in the International Relations.
- वर्तमान में दक्षिण एशिया के प्रति संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका की विदेश नीति का परीक्षण कीजिए तथा इस क्षेत्र में बढ़ते आतंकवाद के संदर्भ में प्रतिआतंकवादी उपायों की उसकी भूमिका का आकलन कीजिए। Examine the foreign policy of the United State of America towards South Asia in recent times and assess its role in contra-terrorist measures in the wake of growing terrorism in this region.
- वर्तमान संदर्भ में भारतीय विदेश नीति के प्रमुख आधारों की समीक्षा कीजिए तथा समझाइये कि भारत के लिए गुट-निरपेक्षता अभी भी क्यों प्रासंगिक है। Regiew the main tenets of India's foreign policy in present context and elucidate why non-alignment is still relevant for India.
- चीन की विदेश नीति की प्रमुख विशेषताओं का वर्णन कीजिए एवं इसकी अभिनव प्रवृत्तियों को समझाइये। Describe the main characteristics of the Chinese foreign policy and discuss it recent trends.
- किन्हीं दो पर संक्षिप्त टिप्पणियां लिखिएः
(अ) दक्षिण एशिया में विद्यमान संघर्षों की प्रकृति
(ब) भारत-बांग्लादेश संबंधों का वर्तमान परिप्रेक्ष्य
(स) रूस एवं केन्द्रीय एशिया का राजनीतिक परिदृश्य
(द) समकालीन विश्व व्यवस्था की प्रकृति
