खण्ड-अ(Section-A)
- मुगलकालीन प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था की प्रमुख विशेषताओं की विवेचना कीजिये।
Discuss the main features of administrative system during the period of Mughals. - ‘‘साझा सरकार में प्रधानमंत्री की स्थिति प्रभावित होती है।’’ इस कथन की विवेचना कीजिये।
“Coalition Government affects the position of the Prime Minister.” Discuss this statement. - भारत में नियोजन तंत्र का संघीय व्यवस्था पर पड़ने वाले प्रभाव का विश्लेषण कीजिये।
Analyse the impact of planning machinery of the federal structure of India. - ‘‘राज्यों में साझा सरकारें प्रशासन की गुणवत्ता को प्रभावित करती है।’’ इस कथन की विवेचना कीजिये।
“Coalition Governments in States affects the quality of administration.” - जिला प्रशासन में आये विभिन्न परिवर्तनों के परिप्रेक्ष्य में जनपद के विकास में जिलाधिकारी की भूमिका का परीक्षण कीजिये।
In view of various changes in the district administration, examine the role of Collector in the development of the district. - भारत में उच्चतर लोक सेवकों की प्रशिक्षण व्यवस्था का परीक्षण कीजिए। सुधार के लिए सुझाव भी प्रस्तुत कीजिये।
Examine the system of training of higher civil servants in India. Also give suggestions for improvement. - 73वें सांविधानिक संशोधन के पश्चात पंचायती राज की विभिन्न उपलब्धियों का परीक्षण कीजिये।
