Quantum Labs Approved under National Quantum Mission
Recently, 23 academic institutions were approved for quantum labs.
- The initiative is under the National Quantum Mission (NQM).
- Around 100 additional proposals are under evaluation.
- NQM has a budget of Rs.6003.65 crore (2023-2031).
- It aims to develop 50-1000 qubit quantum computers.
