IEA: Global Use of Sustainable Fuels Could Quadruple by 2035

On 13th October 2025, the International Energy Agency (IEA), in its report, “Delivering Sustainable Fuels: Pathways to 2035”, said that global use of sustainable fuels could increase fourfold by 2035 if countries implement current and announced policies and adopt targeted measures to attract investment and remove market barriers.
