India Launches ‘#23for23’ Awareness Initiative

On 23rd October 2025, India celebrated International Snow Leopard Day with the nationwide ‘#23for23’ campaign, encouraging people to engage in 23 minutes of physical activity to raise awareness about snow leopard conservation.

  • The campaign was initiated by the Global Snow Leopard and Ecosystem Protection Program (GSLEP) to raise global awareness and inspire public participation.
