Champai Soren Sworn in as Jharkhand CM

On 2^nd February, 2024, Champai Soren, a JMM leader, took oath as the twelfth Chief Minister of Jharkhand, succeeding Hemant Soren, who was remanded to five days in Enforcement Directorate (ED) custody in connection with an alleged land scam.
