2nd Capacity Building Program for Sri Lankan Civil Servants Begins

National Centre for Good Governance (NCGG) commences a two-week capacity-building program for 40 senior civil servants from Sri Lanka.

• 40 senior civil servants, including Divisional Secretaries and Directors, participate in the two-week program.
• Program focuses on imparting next-generation skills and fostering knowledge exchange.
• Previous batch of Sri Lankan civil servants visited NCGG in February, led by Secretary to Prime Minister Mr. Anura Dissanayaka.
• NCGG, under DARPG, GOI, aims to enhance governance and public service delivery through action research and capacity building.
